Sweet & Spicy Chicken Thighs with Green Beans and Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 6 cups potatoes
- 20 ounces green beans we used a large bag
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Sweet & Spicy Glaze
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
- Cut potatoes into fourths, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake potatoes for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees until desired crispiness is achieved.
- Place chicken thighs on a cutting board and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together.
- Coat chicken thighs with brown sugar mixture on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and brown chicken thighs on both sides, 5-7 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
- In same skillet add green beans and saute for about 7-10 minutes. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate appropriate exchange and or to hunger cues.
