Summer Bake Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken cubed/diced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1 small zucchini diced
- 1/2 cup corn kernnels canned or frozen ok
- 12 oz penne pasta uncooked
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella dived for two uses
- 1/2 cup basil leaves chopped
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray baking dish (9x13 or any size you need) with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a separate bowl, combine chicken, tomatoes, zucchini, corn, uncooked pasta, chicken broth, half the basil and 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, garlic and salt.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
