Instructions
  1. Cut potatoes into fourths, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bake potatoes for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees until desired crispiness is achieved.
  3. Place chicken thighs on a cutting board and pat dry.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together.
  5. Coat chicken thighs with brown sugar mixture on both sides.
  6. Heat olive oil in skillet and brown chicken thighs on both sides, 5-7 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
  7. In same skillet add green beans and saute for about 7-10 minutes. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Plate appropriate exchange and or to hunger cues.
