Instructions
Thaw shrimp. Chop and add to mixing bowl.
Chop onion, tomatoes, and cucumber. Add to shrimp in mixing bowl.
Add shredded carrots, desired amount of cilantro, and lime juice to ingredients and mix well.
Prepare tostadas with a layer of mayonnaise, adding desired amount of ceviche and topping it off with diced or sliced avocados and sour cream drizzle.
