Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and begin preparing chicken.
  2. Cut chicken into slices and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix well and bake for 30 minutes, making sure all pink is gone.
  3. While chicken is baking slice tomatoes and ready your cheese, basil leaves and pesto for paninis.
  4. Preheat panini press.
  5. Slice french bread loaf into four sections and split open on side.
  6. Lather bread with pesto, add cheese, basil and tomatoes. When chicken is done add a slice to the center of the sandwich and put in panini press for about two minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve while warm, Enjoy!
