Instructions
  1. Preheat oven according to directions on bag of french fries.
  2. Season the beef strips with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a pan over high heat. Place fries in oven.
  4. In medium mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, beef stock and cumin. Set aside.
  5. Add oil to pan, and with high heat cook the brown the beef strips on each side. Approximately cooking for two minutes on each side.
  6. Remove beef and add onions. Cook for about two minutes.
  7. Then add tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  8. Stir in previously made soy sauce mixture.
  9. Turn off heat and add fries. Mix until combined and fries are coated. It is okay if some fries break.
  10. In a blender combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, iceberg lettuce, cilantro and salt. Let sit in the fridge.
  11. Roughly chop 1/2 head of lettuce.
  12. Serve beef on top pf fries, with side salad of iceberg lettuce and rice. Drizzle some of the previously made Aji sauce over beef and serve.
