- 1/2 cup couscous
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp pinenuts

Instructions
- Cook couscous according to package directions. For more flavor you can cook the couscous in chicken broth instead of water.
- Mix in remaining ingredients and serve as a great side dish.
