Instructions
  1. Preheat large deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally until cooked thoroughly. Drain grease.
  4. Stir taco seasoning into ground beef then stir in water, salsa and pasta noodles. Bring to a boil.
  5. Stir, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  6. Turn off heat and stir in cheese. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Serve with optional toppings. Avocado, tortilla chips, cilantro, tomatoes or sour cream.
